July 15, 2016 – Atlanta, GA – Sister rock ‘n’ roll duo Larkin Poe is proud to announce their official Newport Folk Festival shows. The band comprised of Rebecca and Megan Lovell will be playing the Newport Folk Festival Afterparty at Parlor Bar in Newport on Friday, July 22nd, as well as the Museum Stage on Sunday, July 24th.

In addition, Larkin Poe will be performing as Elvis Costello’s backing band during his set on the Fort Stage on Sunday, and have just announced another string of tour dates supporting the rock icon this October. See below for a full list of dates. For more information, please visit

This past spring, Larkin Poe released their critically acclaimed sophomore album RESKINNED. A fresh version of the original album, KIN, RESKINNED includes new re-mastered tracks as well as productions by Chris Seefried (Fitz and the Tantrums, Lana Del Rey), Justin Warfield (She Wants Revenge, Nico Vega) and Wax LTD (Muse, Bon Iver, Miley Cyrus, Maroon 5).

Prior to the release of RESKINNED, Larkin Poe performed the album’s lead single, “Trouble In Mind,” on CONAN. Watch here: This past April, the duo was main support on Elvis Costello’s “Detour” Tour, plus they played a successful string of headline shows in cities like Washington DC, New York City, Philadelphia, Mobile and Atlanta. The band recently played their first stadium show, supporting Queen in Cologne, Germany on May 27th.

Larkin Poe is a sister duo comprised of Rebecca Lovell and Megan Lovell – descendants of tortured artist and creative genius, Edgar Allen Poe. At a young age, the girls were classically trained on violin and piano while being exposed to classic rock icons including Fleetwood Mac and Pink Floyd. Rebecca (lead singer) plays guitar, mandolin as well as violin and Megan (harmony vocals) contributes on slide guitar, lapsteel as well as dobro. After experimenting with an array of musical styles, they found a way to blend together a sound that channels their distinct voice.

The duo has previously hit the road as opening and backing bands for Conor Oberst, Kristian Bush (Sugarland), Dawes and Elvis Costello who praises that “they have a head start on the rest of us with the unique power and beauty of sibling harmony”. With years of domestic and international touring under their belts, and a large and loyal fan base already in place, the sisters want their fans to know that their new album RESKINNED is truly their coming of age project.

Firestarter…is definitely ‘the next big thing’ in terms of pop punk.”

New Noise Magazine

“With a new pop punk band like Firestarter, comparisons to Real Friends, Man Overboard, and the like are inevitable and apt, but…Forget the Past can easily hold its own against both bands’ most recent releases.” – Under The Gun Review

Albany, NY – July 19, 2016Pop punk band Firestarter are thrilled to announce that they will be hitting the road next month for a full US tour with Capstan. The month-long run kicks off in Firestarter’s hometown of Albany, NY on August 6th, and wraps up in Buffalo, NY on September 5th. For more information or to purchase tickets, please visit:

On the upcoming tour, the band shares: “Incredibly stoked to be seeing the west coast and honestly a majority of the country once again with our close Florida friends in Capstan. Both of us have new music to play on the tour and we couldn’t be more excited to do so!

Have you ever just packed everything you own, and left somewhere you’ve known for so long and traded it in for the unknown” singer/guitarist Matt LaPerche croons on “49 Stow” – these are the words Firestarter was built on when LaPerche moved to Albany for a fresh start. The group, also consisting of Mike Held (guitar), Daniel Sheehan (bass), and Matt Bliss (drums), came together in the fall of 2012. They hit the ground running and haven’t stopped since. In just over two years, Firestarter has released three EP’s – 2013’s New Beginnings, 2014’s Forget The Past, and 2015’s A Life Inconsistent – a split 7” with Orlando’s Old Again, and toured the United States extensively in support of all of them. On top of that, Firestarter has shared the stage with the likes of Less Than Jake, Bayside, Senses Fail, Set It Off, State Champs, Transit, Hit The Lights, Handguns, and many others.

Firestarter has no plan of stopping now. After recently releasing a new digital EP, entitled A Life Inconsistent, recorded by Jay Maas (Counterparts, Defeater, State Champs), Firestarter looks to expand on their already growing fan base and continue their heavy touring regiment. Keep on eye out for a full length on the horizon and even more touring from the Albany quartet in the near future.

Check out latest single “Lunch Box (ft. Alex Nauth),”

July 25th, 2016 – Cincinnati, OH – Cincinnati trio TrxlleyDxdgers have announced that they will be hitting the road for the first time ever next month. The band will be bringing their unique brand of rock ‘n’ roll to several cities in their home state of Ohio, as well as Lansing, MI, throughout August. For additional information or to purchase tickets, please visit:

On the upcoming tour, TrxlleyDxdgers’ Loren Turner shares: “It’s been about two years since I’ve stepped foot on stage, I’m really excited to get out and start cutting our teeth with this new project.

Former Foxy Shazam guitarist Loren Turner started TrxlleyDxdgers in early 2015 as a simple idea. It became his full-time project when Turner sent a riff he’d been sitting on to Clinton Jacob (vocals, guitar of Mr. Phylzzz), which eventually evolved into the band’s first single “Lunch Box.”

This ignited a fire in Turner and Jacob that had them both working diligently in Turner’s studio for a year, creating demo upon demo. They began auditioning drummers to round out the band, but it wasn’t until they met Amanda Deford – who had taken a 10 hour trip from Omaha to showcase her skills behind the set – that they knew they’d found their perfect match.

With everything coming together the next logical step was to take their music on the road, and TrxlleyDxdgers are ready to do just that.

Album Set To Be Released

July 15th, 2016

Pre-Order HERE

July 14th Los Angeles, CA – Rock supergroup ORBS have premiered their brand new album Past Life Regression today! Exclusively stream the project HERE via TeamRock. Past Life Regression, out July 15th, 2016, marks the band’s first release in six years. Fans can pre-order the album HERE. The band recently announced their first live shows in six years. See below for upcoming dates!

“We’ve been waiting now for three years to release this album and it’s a great feeling to finally have it out there for everyone to hear,” bassist Dan Briggs told TeamRock. With each track, the mood shifts: from the playful energy of “Death Is Imminent (However, Relative)” to the remorseful piano driven “Giving Tree Hanging Me.” Briggs added that, “The songs are so diverse that it’s been hard to talk about one of them at a time, best to just press play and take in the story of reincarnation in all its many weird forms!”

ORBS is the creative brainchild of Dan Briggs (of Between The Buried and Me), Ashley Ellyllon and Adam Fisher (of Fear Before The March of Flames). The trio first joined forces in 2010, releasing their debut project, Asleep Next To Science, with Equal Vision Records. In the six years since their inception, ORBS gained a steady fan base and released a two-track EP, These People Are Animals mixed by Ken Andrews whose previous collaborations include Failure and Paramore.

Recorded in North Carolina and California, Past Life Regression is a project six years in the making, and is not to be taken lightly. At its core, the album deals with the topics of reincarnation, death and the difficulties of living your life. “It wasn’t intentional, I think it’s just where my head was at, at the time.” says Fisher. “The music was far darker than the last record so it was really easy to go to a dark place and touch on that stuff.” Not only did Dan Briggs self produce the record, he is releasing it on his own imprint called Hogweed & Fugue Record, via Equal Vision Records. With this project, ORBS re-enters the music scene ready to perform for their fans for the first time in five years.

Past Life Regression is the second full release from ORBS, following their 2010 album Asleep Next to Science. For more information, please visit:
